Contest Rules, Terms and Conditions: Access to the Sven Co-op Meet&Greet™ Contest ("Contest") is subject to the binding terms and conditions below. Read the following carefully before proceeding. Clicking the "I Accept" button below is the equivalent of your signature and indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions and that you intend to be bound by them. If you are a minor, by clicking the "I Accept" button below, you warrant that you have full permission from a parent or legal guardian. If you are acting on behalf of a corporation, by clicking the "I Accept" button below, you warrant that you have the authority to bind the corporation. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, please click the "I Don't Accept" button below. (a) NO PURCHASE NECESSARY (b) Contest void where prohibited by law and in associated territories (c) Sven Co-op employees (including directors, officers) and their immediate families or affiliates are not not eligible (d) Contest sponsored by the Sven Co-op team ("Sponsor"), 62 West Wallaby Street, Wigan, Lancs 010410, United Kingdom (e) Contest ends 7th April -- winner ("Winner") will be announced sometime after that (f) Entries must be submitted no later than 7th April 2010 (g) Entries must be submitted via e-mail to photocontest@svencoop.com (h) By entering, you agree to accept all contest rules, terms and conditions (i) By entering, you warrant that all images you submit are your own property or that you have full permission to enter said images, and that you have full permission from any persons pictured in said images to include their likenesses in said images entered in Contest (j) Contest open to all countries (e.g. Italy, Hawaii, Tahiti, Barbados, etc.), except where prohibited by clause 'b' (k) Odds of winning dependent on final number of entrants (l) Final Winner chosen by the Sven Co-op team, whose decision is final and binding (m) Winner will be notified by email (n) By entering into this contest, you (or your parent or legal guardian if you are a minor) agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Sven Co-op team from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, taxes, expenses or damages of any kind, either at law or in equity, whether known or unknown, arising out of or in connection with this contest, including the possession, use or inability to use any prize. (o) All entries submitted are the property of Sponsor and will not be returned (p) Winner (or Winner's parent or legal guardian if Winner is a minor) consents to the use of his/her screenname, likeness, photograph or submitted images in any and all media for promotional purposes in any manner by Sponsor, its designees and its advertising and promotion agencies without further compensation or notification, except where prohibited by law (q) Sponsor shall not be liable for (i) lost, misdirected, damaged, illegible, incomplete, or late entries, (ii) any conditions beyond the control of Sponsor that may cause the contest to be disrupted, or (iii) any losses or damages of any kind resulting directly or indirectly from acceptance or use of a prize awarded in this contest or for participation in this contest (r) Absolutely NO indecent or otherwise offensive images, except possibly those of hot chicks over eighteen (18) years of age (s) Prize ("Prize") is a "Meet&Greet™" with any Sven Co-op team members, and their significant others or members of their immediate families, who feel like meeting Winner ("Meet&Greet™ Party") (t) Winner must, in advance of the Meet&Greet™, pay for: (i) plane fares and other travel expenses for all members of the Meet&Greet™ Party from their home locations to Winner's home country and location, (ii) conveniently located accommodation of not less than four (4) star rating not more than twenty (20) kilometers from Winner's home and major tourist attractions for all Meet&Greet™ Party members, and (iii) all other reasonable expenses anticipated by Meet&Greet™ Party members (u) A full list of aforementioned expenses will be provided to Winner prior to the Meet&Greet™ taking place (v) Failure to meet all prior mentioned expenses within seven (7) days of expenses notification will place Winner in default of payment and Contest will be rendered null and void (w) Winner may give up the right to Prize at any time, though it'd be sort of a dick move because we were all looking forward to this (x) In the event that Winner does give up the right to Prize, Sponsor is eligible to call Winner hurtful names (y) Sponsor shall not be liable for any losses or damages of any kind resulting directly or indirectly from reception, acceptance or use of names awarded in this contest or for participation in this contest (z) "Meet&Greet" is a trademark of SvenCorp International.
